Mission: The main mission of NuevaVoz.com is to become the first communication channel through which companies or institutions and their clients, associate and users communicate directly and voluntarily, through the tools that internet gives.
The Business Model: NuevaVoz was founded to extend the power of the communications from the companies towards the users, and to help companies develop and distribute its contents to their user base, creating a unique service for the organizations who previously lacked these mechanisms.
NuevaVoz revolutionizes the present communications introducing a new solution for the interchange of information between the organizations and their surroundings, in an effective and safe way. The companies clients of Nuevavoz can send any type of segmented information to the users who have given their previous consent to receive it (permission marketing). NuevaVoz leverages its data base of users, that includes the profiles and preferences of the users, to help the companies to communicate in direct and customized way with its objective group. Through this model of permission marketing, NuevaVoz solves the demands of the market by efficient, precise, pertinent and noninvasive mass media. At first, information is distributed through email (e-mail marketing).
NuevaVoz gratuitously offers its tools of communication to the institutions and non for profit organizations (i.e., clubs, ONG, schools, ). In return, these organizations must stimulate their members to register themselves in NuevaVoz, including their profiles and what type of information is interested in receiving. This way it will be possible to be derived them to other mailing lists that satisfy their necessities. At the moment most of these organizations do not count on systems that allow them appropriately to communicate via email or another average digitalis with their members.
